We hope you’ll love your Whisper & Wick candle as much as we loved creating it.

But if something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right — calmly and carefully.

✨ Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your candle must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To begin a return, please email hello@whisperandwick.co.uk with your order number and a short note explaining why you’d like to return your item. We’ll respond within 1–2 working days with simple next steps. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

💫 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Please note: delivery costs are non-refundable.

🌿 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your candle for another scent, please return the original and place a new order. This helps us keep our small-batch system simple and fair.

🔥 Damaged or Faulty Items

We’re so sorry if something arrives less than perfect.

Please email hello@whisperandwick.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the packaging and item. We’ll quickly replace or refund the product — whichever you prefer.

Every Whisper & Wick piece is made by hand in small batches. Slight surface variations or texture differences are natural and do not affect scent or burn quality — they’re a mark of true craft.
