These Terms & Conditions outline how we operate, what you can expect from us, and what we kindly ask in return. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

✨ 1. Our Products

Each Whisper & Wick candle is hand-poured in small batches using natural coconut wax, pure essential oils, and eco-cotton wicks.

Because every candle is made by hand, small variations in colour, scent, or finish are perfectly normal — and part of the charm of artisanal craft.

🌿 2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices, discontinue products, or amend descriptions at any time. Your order is confirmed once you receive an email from us. If you notice an error in your details, please contact hello@whisperandwick.co.uk as soon as possible.

📦 3. Shipping

We currently ship within the UK.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days, though during busy periods this may take a little longer. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available). If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the parcel and candle so we can resolve the issue swiftly.

💫 4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within  7 days of delivery, as long as the candle is unused and in its original packaging.

Please follow the instructions on our Candle Care page for safe use and best performance.Whisper & Wick cannot accept responsibility for damage or injury caused by misuse or failure to follow candle care guidelines.
